Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, the open-concept kitchen, and a spacious balcony with pool views.

The second bedroom offers flexibility with twin beds that can convert to a king. You’ll have access to in-unit laundry and essentials for a comfortable stay.

Building amenities include a gym, co-working lounge (free coffee before 10 AM), pool, and common areas; however, please note the pool is not fully open yet as we await final touches from building management.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: For safety and smooth check-in, all adult guests must send a photo of their government-issued ID along with their email address. This information will be securely forwarded to the building’s administration to ensure seamless access during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in making your check-in process as efficient as possible.

*Please Note: After 4 guests, each additional guest is required to pay $50 each per day. This fee covers the costs associated with higher occupancy, like increased usage of utilities and supplies like toilet paper and soap, or additional cleanup that we as hosts are responsible for.

Fees
- Noise Disturbance fee: $200.
- Late Check-out fee: $25/hour after 11 AM.
- Unauthorized late check-outs after 2 PM will incur the nightly rate fee or $25/hour after the standard checkout time (whichever is greater).
- There is a $100 per night fee for any unauthorized guest(s).
- $300+ Smoking Violation fee or the cost of hiring a 3rd party vendor for smoke odor removal

*Please be transparent and add the correct number of guests upon booking the reservation to avoid any extra charges upon check-in. Should any changes occur prior to your arrival, you can constantly update the number of guests on the reservation.

*Please inform us in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-out so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A fee of $25 per hour applies for early check-ins or late check-outs to cover the cost of additional cleaning staff. Whenever possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
