Living Room:

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests can enjoy preparing meals and dining at the spacious table, which seats six. Whether you're whipping up breakfast or enjoying a family dinner, this kitchen has everything you need.
Bedrooms:
The condo has two spacious bedrooms, each designed for relaxation. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, plush linens, and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers two comfortable double beds, ideal for families or groups. Both rooms are styled with modern furnishings and provide a peaceful retreat.

FREE PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE
$15/night for additional vehicle(s)
Provide vehicle’s make, model, state, and plate number to confirm registration of vehicle into our system to avoid being towed.
*Please Note: After 4 guests, each additional guest is required to pay $50 each per day. This fee covers the costs associated with higher occupancy, like increased usage of utilities and supplies like toilet paper and soap, or additional cleanup that we as hosts are responsible for.
*Just so you know, our unit fits up to 6 guests. This means that we are ABLE to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests since we provide a Queen size inflatable mattresses and the couch can be pulled out into a bed.
Fees
- Noise Disturbance fee: $200.
- Late Check-out fee: $25/hour after 11 AM.
- Unauthorized late check-outs after 2 PM will incur the nightly rate fee or $25/hour after the standard checkout time (whichever is greater).
- There is a $100 per night fee for any unauthorized guest(s).
- $300+ Smoking Violation fee or the cost of hiring a vendor for smoke removal.
*Please be transparent and add the correct number of guests upon booking the reservation to avoid any extra charges upon check-in. Should any changes occur prior to your arrival, you can constantly update the number of guests on the reservation.
*Please inform us in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-out so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A fee of $25 per hour applies for early check-ins or late check-outs to cover the cost of additional cleaning staff. Whenever possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
